Ingredients
2 pounds of crab legs
1/2 cup of unsalted butter
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and let it cook for a minute or two, just until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper to your liking.
3. Arrange the crab legs in a baking dish, making sure they fit snugly. Pour that lovely butter sauce right over the top.
4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and pop it in the oven. Let it bake for 20 to 25 minutes, so those crab legs get nice and heated through.
5. When it’s done, take the dish out of the oven and finish with a sprinkle of fresh chopped parsley. Serve right away, and enjoy every buttery bite.
