Ingredients
4 chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) so it’s nice and hot when you’re ready to bake.
2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to help that skin get extra crispy.
3. Drizzle the thighs with olive oil, then sprinkle over the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Give them a good rub so those flavors really soak in.
4. Arrange the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet. This way, the skin crisps up beautifully.
5. Slide the tray into the oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the skin is golden and crispy and a thermometer poked into the thickest part reads 165°F (75°C).
6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. It’s delicious with your favorite mashed or scalloped potatoes. Enjoy!
