Ingredients:
10 oz shrimp clean and deveined
8 oz sliced squid (cleaned)
1 cup mussels
1/4 cup unsalted butter
5 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon red chili paste or shriracha sauce
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
1/2 cup green onions slices
Directions:
In a large pan, add butter. Saute the garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimp, mussels and squid. Stirfry for about 2 minutes. Add oyster sauce, chili paste and sweet chili sauce. Mix well till combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Garnish with green onions. Enjoy! 😉
